IOSHA respects the intellectual property of others and expects our members to do the same. All course content, templates, and materials are the copyrighted, proprietary property of the International Order of Sacred Healing Arts or its licensors.
Our content is licensed, not sold
Access to our courses and materials grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for your own use only. You may not copy, record, resell, redistribute, or publicly post the materials. Materials are marked with a per-user license notice, and we monitor for unauthorized distribution. Infringement may result in account termination without refund and legal action, including claims for statutory damages under U.S. copyright law.
Reporting infringement of your work
If you believe content on our site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed.
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing and its location on our site (a URL is best).
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

Counter-notice
If you believe material you posted was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address with your contact information, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
Repeat infringers
We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
