Refund Policy

Courses

• You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you have completed less than 25% of the course.
• After 14 days, or once you have completed 25% or more of the course, the purchase is non-refundable, because course access and materials have been substantially delivered.
• On refund, your access to the course is revoked.

Formation service

• Before we begin preparing your documents, the formation service is fully refundable.
• Once document preparation has begun, fees are refundable only for the portion of work not yet performed, because the service is customized professional work.
• Once your document package has been generated and delivered, the service is non-refundable.

Annual renewal (subscriptions)

Renewal subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and will not renew for the next period. Amounts already charged for the current period are generally non-refundable, except where required by law.

How to request a refund

Email support@iosha.net from the address on your account with your order details. We process approved refunds through Stripe to your original payment method, usually within a few business days.

Chargebacks

If you have a concern, please contact us first; we will work to resolve it quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of access while the dispute is reviewed.
